Located in the heart of downtown Grafton within the storefront of the historic Ruble Hotel, Lighthouse Coffee is so much more than your average coffee shop. Since opening their doors on April 26th, 2025, owners Jody and Mike have created a warm, inviting "hidden gem" where locals and visitors alike can anchor down and stay a while.

While we certainly boast some of the best roasts and lattes "down by the river," our menu offers a sea of variety. From decadent muffins and flaky danishes to our fan-favorite giant apple fritters and hand-scooped ice cream, there is a treat for every craving. You can even take the Lighthouse experience home by purchasing our signature coffee beans and grounds directly in-store.

The shop is a dream for "people watchers." You can perch on a stool at the window and watch the rhythm of Main Street or enjoy our outdoor seating to take in the fresh river air. But the real magic is the company! Mike is a lifelong lover of games—especially Scrabble and Monopoly—and is always up for a friendly challenge. If he isn't at the shop, he's likely enjoying the freedom of the River Road on his Harley. Jody, a talented crafter and award-winning oil painter, brings a touch of artistry to everything she does.
